Launched in 1998 by Founder and Principal Beth Merrick, Toronto-based ZAZOU Communications is an independent and hands-on boutique PR firm. ZAZOU provides strategic and targeted Public Relations and Communications services to help clients achieve their business goals in a creative, timely and cost-effective manner.

Specializing in publicity and media relations, ZAZOU has developed and executed successful communications campaigns for a diverse group of prestigious North American clients in a wide range of industries, including entertainment, retail, financial services, hospitality, beauty, fashion, health and wellness, real estate, and not-for-profit.

Beth began her career at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto as Public Relations Co-ordinator, and was subsequently promoted to Public Relations Manager. She was later appointed to Director of Public Relations at Toronto's Four Seasons Inn on the Park Hotel. Prior to starting her own PR consulting business, Beth worked as Director of Marketing and Communications for a leading Toronto homebuilder and developer.
